Ordering and payment

Which payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods are shown securely at checkout and may vary by destination, device, and order value. Do not arrange payment outside the secure checkout or send payment details by email.

How do I know my order was placed?

After checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and then contact support@taomengsi.com.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after an order has entered fulfilment or shipped.

Shipping and tracking

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery typically arrives within 7–12 business days. Peak periods, customs, weather, remote destinations, or carrier disruptions may add time.

How do I track my order?

We email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to begin showing movement. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, email us with your order number.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?

Import duties, taxes, and handling fees depend on the destination and are generally the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. We cannot guarantee that an international order will be free of local charges.

What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the parcel?

Check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbours, then contact the carrier. If it is still missing, email us promptly and we will help investigate.

Use the size guide on the product page and compare your foot length with the listed measurements. If you are between sizes or need fit advice, contact us before ordering.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

What if my shoes arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email support@taomengsi.com with your order number and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in line with our Return Policy and applicable consumer law.
