Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We will email you if availability or another issue is expected to cause a material delay.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes about 7–12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs clearance, peak shopping periods, severe weather, remote destinations, and carrier disruptions may add time.

Tracking

We send a shipping confirmation with tracking information after dispatch. It may take 2–5 business days for the carrier’s first scan to appear. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact support@taomengsi.com with your order number.

Address changes

Review your address carefully before checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees depend on the destination and are generally the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Local authorities determine these charges, and they are not included in our delivery estimate.

Late, missing, or delivered parcels

If tracking shows delivered, first check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbours, then contact the carrier. If the parcel remains missing or appears lost in transit, email us promptly. We will help investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution in line with the available tracking evidence and applicable consumer law.
