Secure checkout

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by destination, device, and order value. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the selected payment provider.

Payment confirmation

After a successful checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided. A temporary authorisation or pending charge may appear before the payment is fully captured, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Payment problems

If a payment is declined, confirm your billing details and available funds, then contact your bank or try another method shown at checkout. For your security, never email full card details or complete payment outside the secure checkout.

Currency and charges

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. These fees are controlled by the provider and are not charged by TAOMENGSI.
