TAOMENGSI stands behind the condition and accuracy of the products it sells. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@taomengsi.com.

What to include

Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video showing the product, packaging, and shipping label. This information helps us review the claim quickly.

Available resolutions

After review, an eligible claim may be resolved with repair guidance, replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the issue, stock availability, and applicable consumer law. Do not dispose of or return the item until our team provides instructions.

Coverage

This policy does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, alteration, misuse, or fit and preference issues after the item has been worn. Fit and change-of-mind requests are handled under our Return Policy.

No unlisted multi-year warranty

Unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise, TAOMENGSI does not advertise a separate multi-year commercial warranty. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws that apply to your purchase.
