Return Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, footwear must be unworn, unused, clean, and in its original condition, with its original packaging and any included accessories.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@taomengsi.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos or video of the item and shipping label.
  3. Wait for the return instructions and correct return address before sending the parcel.

Items sent without prior return instructions, or sent to an address not supplied by our support team, may be delayed or may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

For preference, fit, or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for using a trackable service. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, TAOMENGSI will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept items that show wear, damage, odour, alteration, or missing packaging caused after delivery. Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale are not returnable for change of mind. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 1–5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Original shipping charges, expedited-shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return-shipping costs are not refunded unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges and order changes

For the fastest exchange, contact us before returning the original item. Order changes and cancellations are only possible before fulfilment and are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.
